What are bacon seconds, you ask? Good question. Bacon seconds are the odd cuts, the ends, the not-very-impressive bacon. It still has great flavor but maybe the strips aren't that nice, or it's not cut evenly, or the stripes of meat and fat aren't as evenly balanced as in our premium bacon.
It's still pretty darn good, especially for adding as an ingredient to whatever you're cooking. If you ask yourself, would adding bacon make this better? The answer is problem yes.
