Direct from the Manetas Oliveyards in Greece, this single estate, cold-first extracted olive oil is everything olive oil should be. It's bright, peppery, floral and grassy. 

Make your own vinaigrette, use for roasting vegetables, drizzle over soup, dip bread in it - the list is endless. 

While Four Harvest's primary focus is on locally produced food, there are things we can't grow in Wisconsin, so if we find an exceptional product from a small farm elsewhere, we'll bring it to you.
