Why Pasture to Plate?

July 21, 2022

Butter chicken served over rice, on a plate with a fork

I can give a million reasons why it's great to buy meat directly from a farmer: you know the source, you're helping the local economy, you're supporting small business, you're not relying on a large meat packing plant that may shut down and cause empty store shelves, you're developing a relationship with the source of your food, you're connecting with the land and animals.

All of those things are true, but in the end, pasture-raised meat is just plain delicious. Chicken doesn't have to be a boring meat and pork need not be dry. Beef barely needs seasoning and turkey becomes a true centerpiece.

Getting dinner on the table is so much easier when you start with great ingredients. Let us help you make delicious meals you'll enjoy every night of the week.
